WCL plus is a Windows application designed for customers who want to "respond immediately to troubles occurring on the production line" and "analyze the history of troubles that occurred on the production line." It can be used in combination with the wireless Andon system AN426II series Andon transmitter "AN426TII" and the LAN-connected Andon receiver "WCL-426R." ● It displays the call status from operators and machines on the production line in real-time on a monitor (Web browser) via LAN. ● It notifies about calls from operators and machines on the production line using signal lights and other indicators. ● It informs about signals input from manufacturing equipment and PLCs using signal lights and other indicators. ● It saves the history of trouble occurrences in CSV format. ● With a simple UI, it allows control of input and output signals (16 inputs, 16 outputs) with manufacturing equipment and PLCs. Additionally, if our wireless Andon series AN426II is already installed in your production site, you can continue to use the existing Andon transmitter AN426TII as is.
